Looking for a villa in Alassio for 2027? Book directly before 31 December and save 10%. The Happy Rentals calendar for 2027 opens in the new year. Until then, early birds can book directly with us and be first to choose their favourite week at Villa Belvedere del Condor. The Early Bird window closes on 31 December 2026 – from January, all bookings run through Happy Rentals as usual.
Early Bird bookings are handled personally by us and confirmed by email. Dates are allocated in order of arrival. After 31 December 2026, availability and bookings can only be arranged via Happy Rentals.
How it works

- We confirm availability personally by email, usually within two working days.
- Your booking is secured once you receive our written confirmation and the deposit has been paid. You will receive our rental agreement with all details of your stay.

Book directly with us before 31 December 2026 and receive 10% off the list price. All rates are per week for the entire villa. Check-in and check-out on Saturday.
