The pool
Long days at the water's edge
Two levels above the main terrace, the twelve-metre pool lies open to the sky, with loungers and umbrellas for the whole party. The pool house has its own bathroom and an outdoor bar with fridge and ice maker, so the afternoon never has to end.

From the airport to the terrace in ninety minutes or less
Nice and Genoa are the closest airports, both with regular flights from across Europe, including direct routes from Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm. Pick up a hire car at the airport and follow the coast road to Alassio.
A car gives you the freedom to explore the Riviera. The villa has private parking for up to four cars, and the beaches, restaurants and centre of Alassio are about 12 minutes away.

How many guests can the villa accommodate?
Villa Belvedere del Condor accommodates two to eight guests in four king-size bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
Is the villa suitable for two, four or six guests?
Yes. You always have the whole villa to yourselves and simply use fewer bedrooms: a couple takes one suite, a family of four two, and a group of six, such as three couples, three of the four en-suite bedrooms. The weekly rent covers the whole villa, whatever the size of your group; only linen and tourist tax are charged per person.
Is the villa fully detached?
Yes. The villa is fully detached and set in its own private grounds in the hills above Alassio.
Is there private parking?
Yes. The villa has private on-site parking for up to four cars.
Does the villa have a private pool and pool house?
Yes. The villa has a private 12-metre swimming pool and a dedicated pool house with its own bathroom and outdoor bar.

Until 31 December 2026 you can request your 2027 week directly with us and save 10%. From January, leisure stays are booked through our local partner Happy Rentals. Executive retreats are always arranged directly with us. Arrive on any day you like; the minimum stay is five nights.
