CONDITIONS FOR RENTAL

1. Booking and Payment Terms
Bookings can be made online or by request, with acceptance of these letting conditions required for confirmation. A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance due 45 days before arrival. For late bookings within 45 days, full payment is required upfront. Payments can be made by bank transfer, and all payments should be made in EURO.

2. Prices and Security Deposit
Prices are listed in EURO and include standard cleaning costs. A security deposit of 15% on top of the listed price will be collected. This deposit will be refunded within 3 days after inspection, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required. If the property requires excessive cleaning (e.g., if it’s left particularly dirty or disorganized), the security deposit may be used to cover additional costs.

3. Check-In and Check-Out
Rental period have a minimum of 5 days, with check-in from 18:00 to 20:00 and check-out by 09:00. Any changes to these times must be pre-arranged with CONDOR S.R.L. Check-in days will be invoiced at 50% of the listed price. There is no checking in on Sundays.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 45 days before check-in: 75% refund.
Cancellation between 30 and 45 days before check-in: 50% refund.
Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before check-in: 25% refund.
Cancellation within 15 days before check-in: No refund.
In the event of a COVID-19-related cancellation, a refund or voucher may be issued, subject to specific conditions.

5. Tenant Responsibilities and Property Care
Tenants are responsible for the property and must adhere to occupancy limits. Any damages caused during the stay will be deducted from the security deposit. External maintenance, including pool care, may occur during the stay, with advance notice given to tenants.

6. Property Information and Issue Resolution
CONDOR S.R.L. ensures accurate property descriptions. Any issues should be reported immediately to CONDOR S.R.L. to allow for prompt resolution. Failure to report issues during the stay voids the right to refund of the security deposit.

7. Jurisdiction
All legal matters will be handled in Italy, under Italian law.
