We check availability and reply by email, usually within two working days. Weeks are allocated in order of request.

Your week is secured
Once you have our written confirmation and the deposit is paid, the week is yours. You receive our rental agreement with all details of your stay.
2027 rates
The whole villa, per week
All rates are per week for the entire villa, for up to eight guests. Stays run from Saturday to Saturday.

Check-in weeks show the Saturday arrival dates covered by each rate. The last check-out is 16 October 2027. Rates are shown before the 50% discount on the check-in/out day. Outside high season, shorter stays are available on request.

50% discount
You arrive in the evening and leave in the morning, so one day of your week is charged at half the day rate (the weekly rate divided by seven).

Day rate: € 7,560 ÷ 7 = € 1,080, of which half is deducted. Plus a refundable security deposit of 15%.
