Living & dining
A sunlit room for long evenings together
Glass doors on several sides open to the terraces and fill the living room with light. A designer pine table and a sculptural chandelier anchor the space, with room for eight to dine and to settle in with a book afterwards.
The kitchen
An open kitchen with a central island and a sideboard-style serving area, fully equipped with NEFF appliances. French doors lead straight to the terrace, so dinner outside is served in a few steps. Ready for a private chef, and just as pleasant for cooking yourself.

Three rooms, each with its own bathroom
Every bedroom has a king-size boxspring bed of 160 × 200 cm and a private bathroom. A fourth suite, the Tavernetta, is on the lower level.

Suite & lounge
The Tavernetta, a suite of its own
On the lower level, the Tavernetta is a fully independent suite with its own entrance and direct access to the pool terrace. It suits guests who like a quiet, self-contained retreat, and works just as well for a nanny, assistant or driver.
The media room
Next door, a flexible lounge with a large smart TV and comfortable seating. Shared by the whole group, or kept as a private extension of the suite.

Terraces
Dinner for eight under the Ligurian sky
The dining terrace lies on the same level as the living room and kitchen. A long table, two loungers and a large parasol make it the place for slow lunches and dinners under the stars.

The pool
Long days at the water's edge
Two levels above the dining terrace, the pool terrace is open to the sky, with hillside views and a real sense of seclusion. The pool house next to it has its own bathroom and an outdoor bar with fridge and ice maker, so nobody needs to walk back to the villa.

The Belvedere del Condor
The view that gave the villa its name
Just beyond the pool terrace, at the edge of the estate, a private platform looks out along the Ligurian coast. Two chairs, a parasol and a glass of wine at sunset.
Your stay
Make it yours for a week
Saturday to Saturday, the whole villa is yours. Book 2027 directly before 31 December 2026 and save ten percent.
